Shipping

We ship via German mail. Postage & packaging is billed at cost. See your shopping cart/ordering form for information. Please note that International customers will be responsible for all customs, duty and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. Contact your local postal service for information about these charges.
KIOSKI Onlinehop is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-German shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker. We cannot guarantee delivery times for International Orders.


Problems with Shipments

Any situations requiring further assistance on KIOSKI's part should be described in an e-mail to troubleshoot@kioski.de. Please include all pertinent information - invoice number, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and please describe the situation as thoroughly as possible. We will do whatever it takes to solve the problem.
If the wrong CD's were shipped please contact troubleshooter@kioski.de with all pertinent information. Do not send the CDs back without contacting us first. We'll work it out.
If CD's are damaged or the pressings are faulty please contact troubleshooter@kioski.de with all pertinent information.
